TBG is recruiting for a Communications Manager with heavy Public Relations experience. This position is in-house and having restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.

Location: Orlando, FL – Open to Relocate the right candidate!

The Ideal Candidate will have 5+ years of experience in PR and communications. Have worked cross functionally and oversee the strategy, planning, organization, and execution of internal and external communication programs for assigned brands/entities. Be able to provide examples of strategy and communication around crisis and reputation management.

What you will do and Bring to the team:

• Develop and manage PR campaigns, media relations strategies, and internal messaging
• Write and edit content for various platforms, including executive speeches and employee communications
• Develop and execute strategic communication campaigns aligned with business goals including pr campaigns, media relations strategies and internal messaging
• Write and edit content for various platforms, including executive speeches and employee communications
• Act as a key media relations contact and manage press interactions
• Provide strategic counsel to leadership on communication efforts
• Oversee executive messaging, internal communications, and public relations strategies
• Support crisis communication and reputation management initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance communication efforts
• Participate in an on-call rotation for weekend issue monitoring
• Bachelors Degree in journalism, communication, public relations or related field
