Concierge – Ivy Park at San Ramon Positions: Concierge Pay Range: $17.00–$18.25 per hour (Depends on Experience) When: Monday, October 20th & 27th (1:00 pm–5:00 pm) and Wednesday, October 23rd & 29th (10:00 am–2:00 pm) Address: 9199 Fircrest Ln, San Ramon, CA 94583 Job Focus: The Concierge welcomes visitors, responds to resident requests, manages the business center, oversees telephone communication, and provides clerical support in alignment with the community’s values of authenticity, teamwork, compassion, commitment, and resilience. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors. Answer phones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner. Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call. Effectively manage the business center and process incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests following established safety standards. Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community. Excellent customer service skills. Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.). Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families. Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests. May be required to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear face coverings and other PPE per regulatory guidelines.
