The Concierge plays a critical role in resident services and customer experience. Job Description Viktoria has an immediate opening for an experienced Concierge. Our team members are high performers who care about customer service and exceed expectations. What your day might look like Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member Answers phone calls, routes calls to the appropriate team member Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships with concierge vendors What we are looking for Excellent customer service and ability to interact with a diverse group of people Professional in dress and communication skills Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Knowledge about the neighborhood to assist residents and guests Proficiency in using computers, internet, and basic software What sets us apart Greystar focuses on people, genuine relationships, and shared values with a diverse and inclusive culture. Responsibilities Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, and ensures the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait Answers phone calls and routes to the appropriate team member; assists with service request callbacks as necessary Maintains the guest suite schedule and coordinates loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs Maintains clubhouse amenities in tour condition prior to opening Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other services Assists with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs Keeps detailed information on local area resources and maintains relationships with concierge vendors Qualifications Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups Professional appearance and communication High attention to detail and strong organizational ability Neighborhood knowledge to assist residents and guests Basic computer and software proficiency Physical Demands Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance Work inside and outside in all weather conditions Occasional travel to assist other properties or attend trainings Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Hourly range: $22.00 - $24.25 Benefits and compensation Competitive medical, dental, vision, disability & life insurance; low-cost employee medical premiums Paid time off: vacation, personal, sick days, holidays; birthday off after 1 year; vacation accrues with tenure Housing discount at Greystar-managed communities for onsite team members (subject to availability) 6-week paid sabbatical after 10 years (and every 5 years thereafter) 401(k) with company match up to 6% after 6 months Parental leave and fertility benefit reimbursement up to $10,000 Employee Assistance Program and other voluntary benefits Greystar will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
