Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate field operations for diverse construction projects, including commercial, industrial, manufacturing, car dealership, and/or multifamily developments . The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, depth of industry knowledge, and a proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and onsite personnel to maintain project schedule and standards.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, company policy, and contract documents.
• Monitor quality control of all scopes of work, maintaining high standards for finishes, workmanship, and safety.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and client representatives to resolve issues and communicate progress.
• Maintain daily logs, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Conduct regular site meetings and safety briefings.
• Anticipate and troubleshoot potential delays or problems.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of verifiable superintendent experience with commercial , industrial , manufacturing , and/or multifamily projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors, budgets, and construction schedules with a focus on timely delivery.
• Demonstrated success overseeing projects of $10M+ value in relevant sectors.
• Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance for different project types.
• OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites.
