Superintendent – Miami, FL

$120,000 – $140,000 + Benefits | South Florida Projects

Are you an experienced Superintendent with a track record delivering high-quality commercial and hospitality projects across South Florida? Our client — a respected and fast-growing General Contractor — is expanding and searching for a strong leader to oversee ground-up and interior build projects throughout Miami.

This is a chance to join a GC known for excellence in Restaurant, Entertainment, Hospitality, Office, Airport, Retail, and Ground-Up construction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day site operations on complex commercial projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, inspections, and quality control
• Drive coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and project managers
• Maintain progress reporting, daily logs, and site documentation
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and high craftsmanship standards
• Uphold strong safety culture and enforce compliance across the jobsite

What We’re Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

• Hospitality project experience (restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, etc.)
• Commercial or airport construction experience in South Florida
• Proven background managing ground-up or large interior build projects
• Ability to lead and motivate subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and field leadership skills
• Knowledge of local building codes, inspections, and permitting processes
