Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, Redlining, and Reviewing Contracts: Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for a variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to NDAs, supplier, vendor, and service contracts.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in contracts, ensuring terms align with business objectives and company policies.
• Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to negotiate terms and conditions that mitigate risks while meeting organizational goals.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards while keeping meticulous records for audit purposes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal counsel, procurement teams, and other departments as necessary to facilitate seamless contract execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing and administering commercial contracts , with demonstrated expertise in redlining, drafting, and reviewing .
• Solid understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must reside in the DMV area (Washington D.C., Maryland, or Virginia) to accommodate the hybrid work structure .
