The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting or other communications-based roles, and a preferred understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. About You: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in recruitment or other communications-based roles - internships count! Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Comfortable sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, ensuring alignment with job specifications and company culture. Comfortable managing confidential information and maintaining a high level of discretion throughout the recruitment process. About the Job: Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, preparing interview materials, and gathering feedback from interviewers. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS, ensuring compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices. Assist with recruitment marketing efforts and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
