We are seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to lead our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. This individual will play a critical leadership role in supporting the company’s continued growth by driving process improvements, overseeing all general accounting functions, and partnering closely with senior leadership and project teams.

Job Details

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation strongly preferred
• Proven expertise in accounting systems with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies and internal financial controls
