Job Description:
Provide face-to-face customer service support for copier and printer fleet
Deliver toner supplies and ensure proper replenishment for copiers and printers
Support day-to-day operations related to copier fleet maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Engage with customers in person approximately 75% of the time
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions
Physically active role requiring standing for 80% of the shift
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Prior customer-facing experience is required for this role LanceSoft
