Akkodis is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist for a Contract position with a client located in Natick, MA.

Rate Range: $30-$35/hr on W2 without benefits, The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Title: Corporate Communications Specialist

Job Types: 4+ Months Contract

Location: Natick, MA (Hybrid 2 days onsite)

Position Summary:

As a member of the Corporate Communications group, this temporary position will assist the Corporate Events and Social Mission teams with programs and projects related to event marketing and logistics, community relations and staff-driven charitable activities. The temp will also provide hands-on support of select on-campus events.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project status meetings
• Take and disseminate meeting notes
• Track the status of outstanding deliverables?
• Maintain process documentation?
• Review and validate event marketing content
• Track event registrations and form submissions
• Coordinate recruiting and communications for events
• Provide hands-on support of on-campus events

Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through;
• Mature and uses sound judgment;
• Excellent project management and time management skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Deadline-oriented and extremely organized;
• Proven ability to work both independently and as a team member;
• Comfortable working with Excel, other Microsoft Office applications, and databases;
• Previous experience working in an office/business environment is a plus.
