Beacon Hill Legal seeks an In-House Corporate Paralegal for a direct-hire opportunity with a reputable organization based in Arlington, VA!
This position will adhere to a 4/1 hyrbid schedule.
Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of Contracts experience. Responsibilites include reviewing contracts and agreements and comparing them with previous drafts and standard terms and conditions, as well as assisting with the development, negotiation, and execution of contracts to meet business requirements.
Certification from an ABA-approved paralegal training program and/or bachelor's degree in related field required.
