Job Description - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers as needed.
- Assist in tracking shipments and communicating updates to customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team success.
- Support additional customer service-related tasks as assigned by management.

The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Service Rep - Chemical Engineering should have:
- 1-5 years in a customer facing role.
- Background in Chemical Engineering a HUGE plus.
- Background in manufacturing also a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A customer-focused mindset with an ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service within the industrial/manufacturing industry is a plus.
What's on Offer - Base salary starting at $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
