Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic event marketing team. As an entry-level professional, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers, ensuring smooth and seamless interactions during events and campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and customers, answering inquiries, providing detailed information, and addressing issues related to events and services.

  • Support event logistics and customer requests, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience throughout events and campaigns.

  • Quickly and professionally resolve customer concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and requests in our system, ensuring follow-up and continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including event planners and marketers, to facilitate seamless communication and execution.

  • Uphold the company’s values and commitment to exceptional service, ensuring clients feel valued and informed throughout their experience.
