Key Responsibilities:
Enter payroll data into our payroll system accurately and efficiently.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
Perform basic math calculations related to payroll processing.
Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, pay rates, and deductions.
Assist with generating payroll reports and summaries as needed.
Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll data.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with the HR team to address payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in data entry or payroll management is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a payroll or accounting environment.
Basic math skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Proficiency in using spreadsheets and payroll software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Accurate and fast data entry
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
