This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned data professional to join a fast-growing team pioneering the future of financial markets. You will play a key role in using data to drive product decisions, optimize performance, and shape the company’s growth strategy. Collaborating with teams across the organization, you’ll build models, design experiments, and surface insights that directly impact users and the business. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with complex data in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The position is full-time and based in New York City.

Accountabilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define key metrics, analyze trends, and design A/B tests that guide strategic decision-making.
• Build predictive models and analytical frameworks to support initiatives across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Platform.
• Develop and maintain datasets, dashboards, and tools that improve data accessibility and usability across the company.
• Lead end-to-end data projects, from scoping business problems to delivering actionable insights.
• Promote data literacy and best practices to ensure a data-informed culture across all functions.
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation through analytics and machine learning.

• At least 4 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and a scripting language such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with distributed data systems (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, Spark, Hive, Presto).
• Strong background in statistics, experimentation methodologies, and/or forecasting techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting data needs in one or more of the following: Product, Marketing, Finance, or internal Tooling.
