Facade Design Manager About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead and manage the façade design process from concept through to construction Liaise with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained Review and coordinate drawings, specifications, and technical submittals Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, fire regulations, thermal/acoustic performance, and structural requirements Provide technical guidance and design solutions for façade interfaces, fixing systems, and materials Manage design programmes and ensure deadlines are met Oversee design change control and document management Support the procurement and construction teams with design-related queries and site issues Attend design coordination meetings and provide reporting to the project team and senior stakeholders Facade Design Manager About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Façade Design Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the technical design and coordination of façade systems on high-profile residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the successful integration of façade designs with architectural and structural requirements.
