Creation and Deletion of users and service accounts through PowerShell scripts. Need to provide access to users for various tools and shared drives from Security Groups. Should be familiar about Active directory to create, modify or delete the security groups. Creation and deletion of Distribution Lists. Generation\renewal of SSL certificates. Troubleshooting end user issues related to outlook, excel-add-ins etc. Troubleshooting Windows desktop or VDI slowness and access issues. Identifying and diagnosing issues and problems. Categorizing and recording queries Providing solutions to issues.
