Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that support Penhall Company’s nationwide growth. This role focuses on a combination of content creation, social media management, SEO, PPC, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in utilizing WordPress, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and MailChimp to drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
This will be a 90/10 remote job, 10% being any in-person meetings we schedule or job site visits.

Qualifications:
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation, SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
