The Director of Recruiting and Professional Development is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates as well as developing initiatives for current attorneys. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate both initiatives to enhance visibility, attract top talent, and contribute to overall business success.

Recruiting Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborates with the recruiting committees to identify hiring needs and recruit employees who align with the strategic goals. Builds and maintains relationships with colleges, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations to maintain a pipeline of potential candidates. Plans and manages on-campus interviews (OCI), recruitment events, and career fairs. Assists the recruiting committees with a summer associate program, including the development of training sessions, mentorship, and evaluation processes. Collaborates with leadership, committees, and HR to align recruiting and marketing strategies with growth objectives. Performs other related duties as assigned. Professional Development Duties/Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or JD At least three years of experience in related position

Compensation and Benefits:
