Base pay range

$76,782.00/yr - $101,737.00/yr

JOB SUMMARY:

• Provides leadership and is responsible for the implementation of corporate HTM program and services.
• Participates in defining strategic direction of the HTM program through short and long-term goal setting, technology assessment and planning, medical device integration, operations, risk analysis, security, vendor and contract management, fiduciary responsibilities, and required reporting.
• Focuses HTM program solutions to ensure that all patients receive the safest and best possible experience while at facility.
• Creates customized service delivery plans for and develops and motivates the HTM team at assigned facility.
• Drives compliance with HTM and Corporate goals and objectives.
• Assists HTM leadership with developing and strengthening facility and vendor relationships.
• Ensures that facility program meets and exceeds regulatory requirements for healthcare technology management.
• Develops and executes KPI's.

• Education: Minimum of Tech School certification or Associate's Degree. Bachelor's degree in preferred.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of previous related experience in Healthcare experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Experience with healthcare technology management programs including leadership Medical equipment knowledge (manufacturers, models, modalities, capital planning, etc...). Understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices (CMS, TJC, CLIA, AABB, NRC,State, Local).
• Other: Strong computer skills (proficient with Microsoft products), experience with CMMS products. Strong planning and organization skills. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Travel will be required periodically
