We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Director of Doors, Frames, Hardware, and Specialties for our fast-paced Construction Industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in estimating, to lead our team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of doors, frames, hardware, and specialties, providing strategic leadership and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
As the Permanent Director of Doors, Frames, Hardware, and Specialties, your core responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing all operations related to doors, frames, hardware, and specialties.
2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve quality and efficiency.
3. Providing accurate and timely estimates for projects.
4. Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of professionals.
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
6. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
7. Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
8. Conducting regular reviews and updates of company policies and procedures.
9. Tracking industry trends and staying updated on the latest products and technologies.
10. Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering top-quality products and services.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Director of Doors, Frames, Hardware, and Specialties position must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in estimating.
3. Strong knowledge of doors, frames, hardware, and specialties.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

6. Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools.
