Role Summary:
The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and executing the talent acquisition strategy for Cinemark. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top-quality candidates. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, this leader will work closely with senior leadership to understand Cinemark’s hiring needs and ensure that the recruitment process aligns with Cinemark’s strategic goals and values.Key Responsibilities:
