Job Description - Involve in the complete process by analyzing business requirements and understanding the functional workflow of information from source systems to destination systems.
- Manage day-to-day project activities and coordinate tasks with other teams through the Scrum meetings.
- Facilitate JAD sessions with management, users, and other stakeholders to define the project scope and requirements in the form of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Interact with the business users and work closely with them to understand their business needs and opportunities.
- Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts for different modules in the application according to the Business Requirement Documentation.
- Analyze high-level business requirements to create use cases and Use case diagrams using Rational Rose according to UML methodology.
Qualifications - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or relevant stream.
- Experience in business process analysis, Workflow, task analysis, User acceptance testing, and requirements analysis.
- Proven ability to elicit, document, analyze and verify requirements.
- Prior experience in business/technology enhancements, automation, and implementations.
- Demonstrated successful use of SDLC methodology or demonstrated knowledge of business processes related to the business area supporting.
