Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst Junior/mid level Needed to become an integral part of our team! You will analyze data to understand business and market trends in order to increase company revenue and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Performed GAP Analysis of business rules, business and system process flows, user administration, and requirements.
Conducting JAD Sessions to resolve open issues, change requests so that the application meets the business requirements and deadlines.
Interacted with the end-users of the application and setting up sessions with them to monitor their existing application usage and process flow
Coordinated with other analyst teams, key business management and senior management in keeping abreast of key industry and regulatory developments.
Responsible for Business, Functional, Requirements for the customization and integration of the application.
Conducted JAD Sessions, interviewed Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) and stakeholders, asking detailed functionality aspects of business process.
Analyzed project scope, gather requirements, writes business and functional specifications, create user documentation.
Experience working on State Healthcare projects is a plus.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or another related field
Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask
