LEGAL ASSISTANT

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data entry
• Printing, scanning and mailing
• Coordinating electronic filing
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Demonstrates ability to follow procedures
• Strong attention to detail and staying organized.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to learn new processes and navigate new systems
• Ability to work with others
• Good Typing skills
• Ability to pass a background and drug test

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday.
