About The Role Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our team in Miami, FL. This role supports the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns, conducting market research, and managing administrative tasks related to marketing operations. Key Responsibilities Market Research: Assist in gathering and analyzing data on competitors, target audiences, and industry trends. Campaign Support: Help coordinate marketing campaigns, including event promotions, direct mail, and other traditional marketing strategies. Content Preparation: Assist in creating presentations, promotional materials, and reports for marketing initiatives. Logistics Coordination: Support the organization of marketing events, including booking venues, coordinating schedules, and managing materials. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, budgets, and contact lists. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
