enthusiastic and creative Entry-Level Public Affairs Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support public relations, marketing, and community engagement efforts, playing a key role in shaping and promoting the
Mechanical One brand . This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and career development.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in the development and execution of public relations and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research to support public affairs initiatives and media outreach.
- Assist in writing press releases, media kits, and other marketing materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with local media outlets and community organizations.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze public sentiment.
- Support event planning, coordination, and logistics, including weekend and after-hours events.
- Assist with social media content creation and engagement.
- Provide administrative support to the public affairs team.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for public relations, community engagement, and brand development.
