DJM Design, CAD & Coordination Services is a premier drafting services group. For over 20 years, we provide BIM Services for Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional construction such as 3D drafting, 3D Scanning, BIM Coordination Management, and Design assistance.

Job Description

DJM Design is currently seeking an entry-level CAD Drafter to join our team at our Schwenksville, PA office.

You can expect to be dimensioning for the entire workday and giving some direction and receive guidance from senior drafters. You should have some blueprint reading skills (or a strong willingness to grow) and a general understanding of Construction. Experience drafting commercial projects and knowledge of codes a plus. Applicant should be a self-leader, organized and able to work independently within schedules provided. Proven record of completing tasks on time.

What we are looking for:

Having Blueprint experience will be important to perform well in this role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/Navisworks experience preferred).
Draft high-quality as-built products in AutoCAD, adhering to standards
Create and edit Revit families for projects and help create new company standards for future projects.

Education or Experience:

• Revit and AutoCAD design experience preferred.
• Blueprint Reading
