Role Overview

In this senior-level role, you will develop, coordinate, and implement EHSS management systems that ensure compliance, reduce risk, and continuously improve safety and sustainability performance across diverse sites and regions.

What You’ll Do

• Advise leadership and ensure alignment with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and internal EHSS standards.
• Lead accident and hazard investigations, driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct EHSS inspections and support internal auditing programs, ensuring timely gap closure.
• Develop, deliver, and standardize EHSS training across the commercial network.
• Manage risk reduction programs that safeguard employees and environmental conditions.
• Support and oversee EHSS program execution across multiple facilities.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of EHSS procedures, documentation, and communications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support ISO or similar management systems.
• Provide guidance for change management, new equipment installations, and process modifications.
• Maintain EHSS metrics, reporting, and required documentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, sharing best practices across global regions (NAM, EMEA, APAC).

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of EHSS leadership experience
• Strong communication skills and technological proficiency
• Proven ability in auditing, training, and influencing cross-functional teams
