Substantive knowledge of hydraulics, safety rules regarding the operation of various equipment and tools; basic math; traffic safety; map reading; preparing and restoring a work site. Substantive abilities in problem solving; oral and written communications; customer service; time management; organization; attention to detail in an environment involving electrical; power; water and gas lines; operating equipment in the Equipment Operator and Equipment Operator, Senior classifications, as well as operating equipment and vehicles mentioned above.
