Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support low complexity marketing initiatives related to sponsorship events and brand engagement.

Assist in the planning and execution of 5+ sponsored events annually, ensuring a seamless experience for customers, prospects, and consumers.

Review and address basic tactical issues, policies, or procedures under the guidance of your supervisor.

Develop a foundational understanding of marketing functions, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Collaborate with team members to create enhanced brand experiences at events, focusing on diversity and inclusion.

Provide information and support to client personnel in Marketing as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, or Digital Platforms (Mobile or Social Media), or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to exercise judgment within defined parameters while following directives from supervisors.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A passion for diversity, inclusion, and creating impactful brand experiences.
