About the Job:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to the CEO of a growing real estate investment and property management firm. This is a crucial role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be a master of discretion and professionalism, capable of managing a complex workload and acting as a key liaison between the CEO and our teams, partners, and vendors.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the CEO’s calendar, travel, and meeting logistics, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage all correspondence, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications and handle all necessary follow-ups.
  • Manage sensitive projects and confidential information with the utmost discretion and emotional intelligence.
  • Track tasks and projects across teams, providing clear meeting minutes and action item summaries.
  • Handle all routine administrative tasks, including filing, expense reporting, and vendor liaison.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a background in real estate, finance, or high-growth environments as a major plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and rock-solid written and verbal communication abilities.
  • The ability to comfortably juggle competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $85K–$130K, based on experience.
