Seeking a highly resourceful and polished Executive Assistant to support senior executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This role requires excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic calendar management in a rapidly changing environment across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, including room bookings, catering, and technical setup.
  • Manage complex travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials.
  • Complete critical aspects of deliverables and special assignments by setting objectives, managing timelines, and collaborating across teams.
  • Organize logistics for off-site meetings and support department-wide events as needed.
  • Handle a wide range of administrative tasks and communications with discretion and accuracy.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and visitors.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Skype for Business).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
