Founded more than 15 years ago and headquartered in Chicago, the DV Group of financial services firms has grown to more than 450 people operating throughout North America and in Europe. Since spinning out of a large brokerage firm in 2016, DV Trading has rapidly scaled as an independent proprietary trading firm utilizing its own capital, trading strategies, and risk management methodologies to provide liquidity to worldwide financial markets and hedging opportunities to commodity producers and users. Now, DV group affiliates include two broker dealers, a cryptocurrency market making firm, and a bourgeoning investment adviser.

Overview:
DV Trading is actively seeking to hire experienced traders or trading teams who have meaningful trading experience and a proven record of success. We have successfully provided our desks with a platform to both amplify their existing strategies and leverage our global reach to expand into new frontiers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience within a proprietary trading firm or hedge fund
• At least 1 year in a risk taking role
• Ability to clearly articulate your strategy as well as provide validation
• Superb analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-moving and competitive environment
