Title: Family Law Associate Attorney

Location: Remote (Chicago or Greater Chicago Area)

Salary: $90,000 - 120,000 Annually, Depending on Experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 15 cases and supervise team members
• Appear in court virtually and in person in DuPage, Lake and Cook Counties
• Occasionally travel to the Chicago office and other locations, as requested by clients or as required for case or by firm

Requirements

• JD degree and licensed in Illinois
• 3+ years of family law experience
• Respectful and assertive management of team members
• Empathetic with clients during emotional cases
• Strong advocacy skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Familiarity with family law software and e-filing

Bonus Experience

• An executor that is motivated to complete cases
• Adoption and appeals
• Litigation, including very comfortable litigating in court
• An ability to work with high-net-worth individuals
• Clio and/or WestLaw
