Busy domestic relations law firm seeking experienced Attorney to join our firm.

The ideal candidate is an established attorney capable of working independently in a fast paced legal environment with the ability to efficiently multitask. The candidate must have experience working with the Probate & Family Court personnel and forms used to assist in drafting pleadings and performing discovery.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is an established attorney capable of working independently in a fast paced legal environment with the ability to efficiently multitask
• The candidate must have excellent written and oral advocacy skills with experience in motion practice and the ability to handle complex cases, high conflict custody disputes, and high net worth cases from start to finish, including trials
• Exposure to, and procedural knowledge of, Massachusetts divorce and custody law is required
• Experience should include drafting pleadings, assisting senior attorneys with court appearances, and appearing in court independently on matters
• Must be licensed in Massachusetts and in good standing
