Job responsibilities Drive store sales targets and grow Ready-to-Wear (RTW) metrics by connecting styling efforts with commercial objectives. Lead the strategic development of selling associates in partnership with the Management team through quality training and coaching. Work in partnership with Leadership to drive appointment schedules utilizing business performance data to inform leadership and operational discussions. Conduct ongoing performance analysis of RTW selling associates using KPIs and behavioral assessments. Lead client-centric excellence; opportunities to increase the knowledge of Retail Teams, brand history, competitors, and new product launches in partnership with Lead Stylist/Regional Merchandising Director. Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, and positioning strategies for the RTW business and brief leadership partners on key insights. Profile / Qualifications We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused stylist with a minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience with a passion for luxury retail and a proven track record of success. 4-7 years relevant experience; Leadership or independent styling. Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment. Elevated and Sophisticated Communication skills. Proven track record in developing authentic and lasting relationships with Clients. Fashion-forward with a passion for the fashion/luxury-goods industry.
