Fashion Stylist – Part Time, Block 37 Mall Join the AKIRA team as a Fashion Stylist, located at Block 37 Mall. This role is part-time and focuses on delivering personalized styling and exceptional customer service. Position Overview Our Stylists are fashion‑forward leaders who serve as ambassadors for the AKIRA brand. Passionate, fanatical, and driven, they consistently exceed individual sales goals by cultivating a loyal clientele base. Stylists are dedicated to delivering an exceptional styling experience that leaves every client saying, "I LOVE AKIRA!" each time they shop with us. Essential Functions Deliver outstanding customer service by following AKIRA's 5 Steps of Selling. Offer expert styling advice and trend insights to clients. Thoughtfully curate merchandise to create complete, head‑to‑toe looks. Manage and personalize fitting rooms to enhance the client experience. Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with clients to foster loyalty. Contribute to the overall upkeep and appearance of the store. Maintain a thorough understanding of AKIRA's product offerings. Exceed individual sales goals with determination and focus. Collaborate to meet and exceed the store's daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Qualifications Strong work ethic with a focus on results. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide others. Exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment. Physical Requirements Move product, supplies, and/or boxes repetitively; ability to push, pull, lift a maximum of 50 lbs. based on the needs of the role. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, including a 10‑12 hour shift. This is an hourly position with additional sales commission. Total compensation will vary based on geographical location and individual sales performance.
