We are seeking a Federal Construction Superintendent to join our team to oversee work in Atlanta, GA. Looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience including Federal experience in federal buildings or military bases . Pay dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management on Federal projects
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • OSHA 30
