Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Coach to join our team! You will be coaching and providing direction to child-athletes so that they can develop the skills, behaviors, and attitudes to become successful students and athletes.

You have a background in sports and are passionate about helping child-athletes reach their potential. With a talent for building communication, skill, and motivation in student teams, you are able to provide effective group and individual instruction to create exceptional experiences to help students grow.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and conduct practices
• Provide training direction, encouragement, motivation, and nutritional advice to prepare athletes for games and competitive events
• Adjust coaching techniques based on individual athletes
• Instruct individuals or groups in rules, strategies, and performance principles
• Use data-driven instruction in the teaching/learning process
• Build an engaging and safe environment for all student-athletes

Qualification s:

• Successful coaching or teacher leadership experience preferred
• Exemplary presentation and facilitation skills
• Background in sports (athletics, fitness, physical education, etc.)
• Knowledge of Flag Football and Tackle Football
