The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. This role is responsible for managing daily front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly.
Manage office supplies, mail, and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area and conference rooms for a clean, organized appearance.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments as needed.
Support various administrative tasks and projects for internal departments.
