Job Title: Front Office Coordinator (Temp)
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Fully In-Office)
Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour About the Opportunity: We are partnering with a respected architectural design firm in Downtown LA seeking a polished, professional Front Office Coordinator on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a similar creative or professional services environment who thrives in a fast-paced office and enjoys being the welcoming face of the company.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet clients, vendors, and guests with professionalism and hospitality
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails; take messages as needed
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, conference rooms, and supply closets
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference room bookings, and travel arrangements
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages
- Order office and kitchen supplies; manage vendor relationships for facility needs
- Coordinate catering and logistics for internal meetings and client presentations
Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of administrative or front desk experience, preferably in professional services, design, or architectural firms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or architectural software is a plus
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation
- Interest in design, architecture, or creative environments is a bonus
