Responsibilities

• Perform various tasks involved in processing and shipping customer orders from the Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center.
• Manage the initial stages of inventory by receiving new items and then accurately scanning, picking, and packing orders according to established procedures. These actions ensure the correct products are prepared for shipment.
• Conduct audits of completed orders to verify the accuracy of the contents before they are finalized for dispatch. This quality control step helps maintain accuracy and minimize shipping errors.
• Utilize RF scanning equipment to track all inbound and outbound items, which is essential for maintaining accountability and real-time inventory records.
• Verify the details of each order and ensure its correct entry into the inventory management system. This process is critical for accurate record-keeping and managing stock levels.
• Operate and maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the fulfillment center are kept orderly, well-maintained, and free of any debris or hazards.
• Contribute to overall facility standards by performing manual packing duties and preparing packages for mailing, which must conform to quality standards and specifications set by management.
