Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient General Cleaner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that our clients' spaces are spotless and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing various surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Remove trash and recycling, and ensure proper disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service while on-site, representing Blue Sponge's high standards.

Requirements:

• Must be mobile, have a car and driver's license
• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle the demands of the job.
