General Labor
Do you have experience in the grain elevator industry and enjoy working outside? This is a temporary full time position with overtime hours available.
A well-known grain facility with several locations in Illinois looking for general labors to join their team. This facility is known for their starch products for food, paper, and other agro-industrial products. A company that values dependability is currently looking to hire people with your skills and experience to their small family like team.
In this job you will be in and out of grain bin elevators as well as loading and unloading trucks. You will also be sweeping, mopping, and cleaning up grain and mill scrap.
Schedule:
· Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. (opportunity for OT during harvest season)
Pay:
· $16-$18/hourly
General Labor Job Duties:
· Loading and unloading trucks
· Sweeping, mopping, and cleaning up grain and mill scrap
· Perform general housekeeping to keep facility clean and organized
General Labor requirements.
1. Ability to work in a small team setting
2. Flexible schedule, during harvest you will need to be able to work 12-hour shifts.
3. Must not be afraid of heights
