QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of fiberglass experience preferred, but not required
• You should be dependable and Self-motivated, efficiently and effectively achieve daily goals
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled, fiber-glass dust environment
• Flexible, willing to take on other duties as assigned or as needed
• Must always follow all safety and quality standards, including chemical handling standards and PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Removal/repair/installation of other pieces such as decals, emblems, and other small components
• Must Have Valid Driver’s License
• Must Have Reliable Transportation
• Must be able to pass random drug tests and initial background check

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
• Stand for an entire shift.
• Bending/Twisting/Stretching
• Repetitive motions of physical movement
• Wear a respirator as needed

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

• Read, Write and Speak in the English Language.
• Problem-solving skills
• Analytical thinking and sound observation skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when required
• Willingness to travel if needed
• Hand and Power tool skills including tape measure, level, scissors, electric or air drill, electric or air grinder and electric saw

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
