Our brand boasts one of the largest reaches in Colorado.

Come join our growing team as part of our in-house design studio. The ideal candidate should be a creative, yet highly detail-oriented, graphic designer, who is interested in working on client ad campaigns, decks, promotions, events, and more. A significant portion of the role will be digitally focused, encompassing native advertising campaigns, online directories, banner ads, email design, and other digital assets.

5280 staffers are expected to live in the Denver metro area. Our offices are in downtown Denver, and we currently have a hybrid working model. Typical business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Designing print and digital campaigns both for advertisers and in-house marketing initiatives
• Designing sales enablement materials, pitch decks, and recaps for the sales team
• Design support for events, including designing collateral and providing on-site assistance
• Schedule photo shoots, collect assets, and build profiles for all special sections in the magazine
• Collect assets and implement paid content iniativesnative articles, directories, etc.
• Maintain the design and backend of 5280s microsites, updating promotions and products regularly
• Execute digital email design tasksdesign new newsletter concepts, maintain templates, manage funnel designs, etc.
• Fulfill design requests for merchandise ordersplaques, window clings, etc.

Preferred experience

• High-familiarity with the Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
• Bachelors Degree (in Graphic Design or Web Design is preferred)
• Video editing or production experience is a plus

Required skills/abilities

• Working directly with clients on advertising campaigns
• Responding positively to client feedback and communicating professionally
• Multitasking and handling a high volume of tasks at one time while under tight deadlines
• Implementing web content best practices, including SEO
