About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Graphics Production Technician to join our team. This role combines hands-on production work with expertise in graphic design. You’ll be responsible for preparing, producing, and finishing high-quality graphics for print and digital applications in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare camera-ready files, layouts, and color separations using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Operate and maintain printing, cutting, and finishing equipment.
• Apply graphics to substrates and handle packaging/shipping.
• Manage job routing, maintain archives, and track production schedules.
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Collaborate with designers, clients, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory and adhere to safety protocols.
• Subject to adherence of project hours, including nights and weekends.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in graphics production, print shop, or similar environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of color management and prepress processes.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
