H2F Program Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) Join to apply for the H2F Program Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) role at Guardian Defense Group Inc. Job Location Fort Drum, NY and Fort Johnson, LA Job Description As part of the H2F Performance Teams, the Contractor shall establish and administer effective strength and conditioning training programs to maximize physical performance and reduce MSK injuries among BDE personnel. SCCs will perform tasks at the BDE, BN, and Company levels, ensuring services are in accordance with NSCA CSCS or CSCCA SCCC standards. Responsibilities Participate in program quality assurance and ensure training programs meet industry standards, reporting findings and recommendations. Attend periodic meetings with leadership to provide updates and feedback on Soldier/unit progression. Track and document Soldier/unit progress, suggesting improvements for the H2F System. Ensure safe operation of equipment and address supply and equipment needs. Coordinate scheduling for training facilities and develop/execute strength and conditioning programs in line with FM 7-22 H2F. Applicant Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Current NSCA CSCS or CSCCA SCCC certification. At least three years of relevant SCC experience within the last five years (waived with military experience). Current CPR/AED certification with American Heart Association or Red Cross emblem. Effective communication skills in English. Ability to operate Microsoft Office applications. Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, hike over rough terrain, and perform in various weather conditions. No felony convictions.
