About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of International Private Label Business to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of 3 Key Accounts and 6 commercial agents across various countries. This role involves in-depth market analysis to identify the company's strengths and weaknesses, as well as those of competitors, in order to enhance customer relationships. The Head of International Private Label Business will also be tasked with managing key client relationships, driving the private label business, and implementing strategies to consolidate the organization's services. Additionally, the role includes tender quoting, P&L control, and close collaboration with other departments. Applicants for this position should have a strong educational background in business administration, economics, or a related field, and possess a very high level of English proficiency, with French language skills being a plus. A proven track record in business development, particularly in the private label sector, and a robust network of contacts in the international food industry, especially with European and US buying centers, are essential. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years experience in international sales, with a focus on key account management, and a deep understanding of the private label business in the food and beverage industry. The role requires a results-oriented individual with leadership skills and the ability to manage a senior team.
